The whole experience was excellent. I was given a quick tour when I arrived and made to feel very comfortable while waiting for my appointment. I arrived early and they saw me as soon as the room was turned over. Maddie was so nice a informative. She took the time to understand what I really wanted and recommended a product without me feeling pressured. I will definitely be a long-term customer!

Finally found the sugaring place for me! Dulcederm was hands down the best hair removal service I’ve ever received. I was greeted warmly by the staff, given a brief tour of products (exclusive to them) and the studio, offered tea. My sugarist was Vanessa and she is fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, meticulous, and has great taste in music. It was fun to listen to nineties alt-rock instead of the usual spa music. I am thrilled to find this place and recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to waxing.
